Sara began her entrepreneurial journey at the young age of 18, challenging herself in various areas including beauty, nutrition and fitness, she is now the proud owner of Wellbeing by Sara.Wellbeing by Sara started in 2016, focused on encompassing the key aspects of health and wellness. As a qualified Fitness instructor and health coach, Sara is able to offer her clients advice and guidance in navigating the challenges of health and fitness, including group fitness classes with her Kangoo Club! Kangoo is a unique way of exercising in a fun and energetic way without placing pressure on the joints and ligaments.
In 2020 Sara saw one of her greatest dreams come true with the opening of her very own studio in Porvoo, Finland.Sara and Curtis discuss different aspects of health and fitness and the meaning of wellbeing, as well as the journey Sara has experienced as a young entrepreneur in Finland. On a day to day basis Andrey owns and runs Best In Hel, a media company specialising in helping expose businesses and bringing their products into a special light. Best In Hel is also his Instagram page in which he uses to promote the work of amateur and professional photographers in the Helsinki Region.
