Chef and Part Time Ninja - Jesper discovered his passion for Sushi in 2009 and decided to leave the world of sports and step into the work of a sushi chef. His passion for cooking found him starting his career with Hanko Sushi, where for almost 10 years he helped the business, develop, grow and thrive to what it is today. Hanko Sushi is a chain of 22 locations, 11 of them being in Helsinki, originally founded in Hanko, Finland (2009).
Since 2018 Jesper has worked for NoHo partners following their acquisition of Royal Ravintolat in 2014, as a product developer and restaurateur. His newest project and one of his he is clearly extremely proud of is Shinobi in downtown Helsinki.
